Our Mission
Human Resources Committee is responsible for supporting ESTIEM and all its entities in managing, maintaining and developing their Human Resources to fulfil ESTIEM’s mission by ensuring the stability of the network and by creating a stimulating environment for growth.
Recruitment
Human Resources Committee is responsible for managing the recruitment processes to the Central ESTIEM. We have three main ways of recruitment; Get Active! Chats, Get Active! Button, Open Positions Newsletter and an event which aims to support recruitment to the Central; ESTIEM 360.
Retainment
Our team is working on a Retainment System in order to support Leaders to preserve their members. The System includes tracking the motivation within the teams to be able to understand what are the reasons for its decrement.
Collaboration
Our main focus is creating an Accountability Matrix by defining accountabilities within each team to have an overview of Active ESTIEMers in order to make the collaboration between entities easier and more efficient. The Matrix includes information about active ESTIEMers and what they are accountable for.
Talent Management
Talent Database is where we keep the relevant information about skills of ESTIEMers who are active or eager to be active in ESTIEM in order to make the recruitment processes and talent management easier by providing a more structured decision-making process.
Training
Training System aims to coordinate all the training activities inside Central ESTIEM in order to help ESTIEMers to be more competent to fulfil their tasks. We are collaborating with Trainers Community to be the link between Central ESTIEMers and Trainers.
